ABOUT PRADICHAYA

I was raised in Thailand and mentored by home cooks whose family traditions shaped the way I understand Thai food today.

Later, I studied with Thai restaurant chefs and spent time working inside my own restaurant partnerships, where I saw the contrast between restaurant-style cooking and the deeply rooted traditions of Thai home kitchens.

I am also the author of From Gaprow To Keemao And Recipes In Between, a work dedicated to preserving real Thai cooking and the culture behind it.

Through Cook Like A Thai, I share the awareness and understanding that allow you to cook Thai food the Thai waynot just follow recipes.
